Domestic shipments.

Printjet.gr online store, in collaboration with Geniki Tahidromiki, can service consumers from throughout Greece.

There are two shipping methods available that apply countrywide, as follows:

Geniki Tahidromiki Courier offers same-day or next-business-day express shipment services.

* Packaging and delivery costs are €3.00.

* General Postal Services delivers within 1-3 business days. * Delivery to remote locations may take 3-5 business days.

The cost of shipping is free of charge for purchases of 60 euros or more across Greece, as long as the “Free Shipping” option is selected as the delivery method. Purchases less than 60 euros will be charged 3 euros for shipping throughout Greece.

The arrival period of products with “free shipping” in the majority of Greek areas is 4-6 working days, excluding holidays and extreme weather circumstances. Printjet is not liable for delivery delays.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (such as inclement weather, strikes, etc.) or a lack of products, we will call you via phone (up to two attempts) to check if you want to proceed. If you do not answer the phone, the order will be canceled and a refund will be promptly issued.

In addition, the products can be picked up locally from the store. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an SMS on your phone with instructions on which of our two stores you should pick it up from. However, the order will be canceled after 48 hours if not picked up from the store.

Printjet accepts no responsibility for any delays or damage incurred during the order’s distribution. After receipt, you must inspect the products within 24 hours.

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so by calling the store or sending an email before it leaves the Printjet store.

If you don’t like your order, you have the right to return it until  50 days after you order it and in excellent condition. If it is approved we offer a refund.

Official warranty:

Under EU rules, if something you buy turns out to be faulty or doesn’t look or work as advertised. You always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee, at no cost.

Availability: 

If the products you ordered are not available for any reason, you will be notified by e-mail or phone before the transaction is canceled. Free shipping is provided for EU nations on orders above 100 euros, which will be dispatched by either the Hellenic Post Office or DHL Economy.

International Shipping

Free shipping is provided for EU nations on orders above 100 euros, which will be dispatched to either the Hellenic Post Office or DHL Economy.

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so by calling the store or sending an email before it leaves the Printjet store.

International shipments are sent as registered parcels through the postal system.

Shipments to European Union nations are serviced by DHL.

* Shipping and packaging costs €17.00. * Delivery takes 4-6 business days. * No duties apply owing to EU agreement. Free delivery on orders over €100.

DHL Express:

* Shipping and packaging costs €40.00 * Delivery takes 1-2 business days * No duties apply owing to EU agreement.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union (DHL Express Worldwide).

DHL Express Worldwide

* Shipping and packaging is €47.00. * Next Day Delivery.

* Cost excludes customs and import charges.

Shipping to the Rest of the World (DHL Express Worldwide):

* Shipping and packaging: €50.00 * Delivery time: 4-6 business days * Cost excludes taxes and import charges

Customs and Import Tax:

Please be aware that in countries outside the EU, you may be required to pay taxes, fees, or other costs. We recommend you check with your local customs office before placing an order, as costs vary by nation. We have no control over these charges and do not have current duty rates on file.

If you refuse or do not pay the local import and customs costs, the item may be returned to Printjet or destroyed.
